SCHEDULE OF FEES

Since special services is required on the part of the church personnel and the use of facilities, it is necessary to indicate financial responsibilities involved.

  • Refundable Deposit - $200
  • Use of Chapel - $200
  • Use of Canteen (3 hours/booking) - $ 200
  • Main Church (if applicable) - $500

    (For the use of the Main Church, the number of guests must be 300 and above. The Parish Priest reserves the right to decide on this matter as the Church might not be available.)

The fees should be paid once the booking has been confirmed. Crossed cheque is to be made payable to "CHURCH OF THE HOLY SPIRIT"

Token of appreciation to the Altar Servers/Sacristans/Celebrant in any amount are to be given directly to them.

BREACH OF REGULATION

The Church reserves the right to reject any application without explanation, and the right to use the deposit for payment to any damages done to the Church property by the applicant and his/her guests. Cost of repair which exceeds the deposit amount is to be borne by the applicant.
